My order hasn't arrived
Orders dispatch from our Brisbane warehouse within one business day. During sale periods, please allow more time as our team works through every order carefully, and volume affects pace. If your order falls within that window, it is still being prepared.
Once it leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking details.
If your tracking has stalled
Check your tracking link for updates. If the parcel has not moved for an extended period, or is showing as lost, contact Australia Post directly to lodge an inquiry.

If your order is confirmed lost
If you added Shipping Insurance at checkout, we will work to resolve it, including resending your order where possible.
