If your order has been returned to us
Packages are returned to our warehouse when delivery cannot be completed, this happens when Australia Post is unable to deliver to your address, or when a parcel held at a post office or depot is not collected within their holding period.
If your order is on its way back to us, we will contact you once it arrives. At that point, you can choose to have it resent (re-delivery shipping costs apply) or receive a refund on the order, excluding the original shipping charges.
To avoid this, it is worth checking your tracking regularly. Australia Post will typically notify you when a parcel is awaiting collection, and holding periods are usually between 10 and 14 days before the item is returned.
