No confirmation email?

If your order confirmation hasn't arrived, don't worry, this is usually straightforward to sort out.

The first step is to check your bank or payment statement to confirm the order actually went through. If there's no charge, the order may not have completed, and you're welcome to try again.

If the payment has been taken, the next place to look is your spam or junk folder. Confirmation emails occasionally get filtered there, depending on your email provider. It's worth checking before reaching out to us.
