If there's a fault with your product or you have received the incorrect item, please send us an email with your order number as well as all the details including photos. Please email us at: [email protected]
Faults
If you have proof of purchase and the item is deemed faulty, we will organise either a replacement part if possible, a full replacement of the item or a refund if you prefer. Please note, refunds will only be processed back to the original payment method used. If you used a gift card, the funds will be returned to the gift card.
If your item was a gift, we do require as much information as possible e.g. A receipt or proof of purchase, order number, or name of the person who placed the order. We may not be able to help you if we don't have this information, but we will do our best.
If your item was purchased from a stockist of SMWR, they will take care of your exchange or refund. Please reach out to them directly.
Receiving the Incorrect Item
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact SMWR as soon as possible. Once the issue has been confirmed, we will arrange for the correct item to be dispatched to you and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item. Please ensure the item is returned in its original condition and packaging where possible.
