Editing or Cancelling Your Order
Orders move quickly once placed. You have a 30-minute window from the time of purchase to request a change, details on how to do this are in your order confirmation.
If you need to update a delivery address, reach out as soon as possible. We will do what we can before your order reaches the warehouse team. We cannot guarantee changes after that point.
For orders sent with Australia Post, your tracking link will include a redirect option if your package is already on its way.
