When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed outside of sale periods are dispatched within the next business day, from our Brisbane warehouse.

Pre-Orders

If your order includes a preorder item, the estimated delivery date is listed in the product description. Where you have ordered other items alongside it, everything will be dispatched together.

Shipping times

The timeframes below are business days from dispatch. Rural addresses may take a little longer. During peak holiday periods or in the event of postal disruptions — weather, major events — some delays are outside our control.
