How to Use your Gift Card 

At checkout, enter your gift card number in the discount code field. The balance will apply automatically. If your order comes to more, you will be prompted to pay the difference.

Can the gift card be used across multiple orders?

Yes. Any unused balance remains on the card and can be applied to a future order. The code does not expire after first use.

Do gift cards expire?

SMWR gift cards are valid for three years from the date of purchase, in line with Australian Consumer Law.

What if the gift card email has not arrived?

Check the recipient's spam or junk folder first. If it is not there, get in touch with us and we will look into it. Please have your order number ready.

Please note, treat your gift card like cash. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.
